This site is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with elements meeting Level AAA where practical — notably color contrast on body text.
Supported assistive technologies
Full keyboard navigation. Tested against VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows). Semantic landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) throughout.
Built-in accessibility features
- Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
- Visible 2px focus indicators in the brand accent color
- Dyslexia-friendly font toggle (in the "Aa" menu in the header)
- Text-size controls: 100% / 115% / 130%
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animations disabled when requested
- Content notes on pages discussing meltdowns, burnout, or masking
- No autoplay, no auto-rotating carousels, no parallax, no sticky moving elements
